Return & Refund Policy

At GIVELLY INTERNATIONAL (HK) CO., LIMITED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To start a return, contact us at support@givelly.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged item, wrong product), we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please email support@givelly.com with photos of the issue to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and final-sale items (if labeled as such).
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
