At Givelly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Apple Watch band, we are here to help. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@givelly.com.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: * Do not send your return to the corporate headquarters address or the sender address on the original package without prior authorization.

  • Once your return request is accepted, our support team will provide you with the exact address of our US return facility and specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exclusions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
